We are looking for experienced Sales & Marketing Manager who will work within our established system in tandem with our Executive team, Sales Designers, and Design Assistants

Summary of Position: In addition to own Sales Designer or Project Manager duties, is responsible for developing the Branch Annual Sales Goal and coordinating the Marketing Plan in support of this goal.

Immediate Primary Duties Performance Standards

• Develop Branch Annual Sales Plan with each Sales Designer, submitting a Team Goal to the President for budgeting purposes

• Preparing a Branch Marketing Plan and Budget

• Generally oversees the daily workload of Design Assistant and Sales Designers, providing design, estimating, and product/sales assistance as needed

• Manages Showroom as to floor coverage, appearance, and completeness of sales aids

• Checks all Sales Orders as to completeness and accuracy Ongoing

• Serves as a “rainmaker” on large builder/project accounts, assigning a Design Assistant or Sales Designer to assist once the sale is made

• Sees that all monies are properly collected and turned over to the company

• Chairs Staff Meetings, faxing Meeting Agenda and Sales Forecast to President for cash flow purposes

• Conducts Monthly Sales Reviews with each Sales Designer

Special Secondary Duties

• Assists in recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of staff and subcontractors

• Furnishes input to Branch’s Annual Budget & Company’s Strategic Plan

• Serves as a Member of the Company Management Committee
